Paolo RedaelliTonight I made a strange dream. I was taking an exam, It was geotechnical engineering.
It was held in a large lecture hall, an amphitheater.
For those who have dwelt the Politecnico of Milan, it was T12. This one.
It was a written exam. The examiner was not the professor who taught me geotechics, Roberto Nova but one of his assistants, Calvetti Francesco. The photo shown here on the right, from the last link is quite aged. It’s at least fifteen years old as it was surely taken when I was still a student.
I shall say that his recent photos show a much healtier person, as his Google+ profile.
I often dream about having to take exams that have been invalidated to avoid losing my degree, but this wasn’t the case.
What made me remember this dream was the fact that professor Calvetti was blatantly reading a bulky book titled:
«Liberty Eiffel programming»
then my memories of the dream become a little fuzzy as I don’t remember if I made myself recognized as one of the maintainer of Liberty or if he recognized me himself.
What I rememeber clearly is that we pleasingly chatted for most of the exam duration about Eiffel programming. You will win if you bet that I didn’t answered the questions. I obviously failed the exam, but I was nevertheless happy.
My subconscious or my conscience is trying to scold me for my lack of constancy in my efforts.
