I came to “How to DeGoogle any Android phone WITHOUT root! : degoogle” from duckduckgo search. You are pretty high up there!
I sound your article clear & helpful but I had a problem with your of your instructions:
‘pm uninstall -k –user 0 // Uninstalls the given app’
The double-dash before “user” shows on my html as a em or en dash. I did not expect to have to actually enter that in the shell command so I used a single dash.
This was not disasterous but did produce an error:
” Error: Unknown option: -u”
I realise that your article is not new but as it ranks high on DDG you might wish to edit the html so that the ‘–‘ is rendered a bit more clearly, for those of us who are simply following the recipe and do not actually know what we are doing!
