Let’s speak about Building Information Modelling. I doubt I can get FreeCAD approved because it is not listed in the list of “certified by BuildingSmart software”. Which proprietary alternative among those is the most friendly toward free-as-in-freedom software? And what about the CMS part? That is also required, but BIM places some constraints on the features that a CMS must have.
There is a List of IFC software implementations on BuildingSmart site but sadly I’ve just been asked for certified tools.
