Manpage original formatting language is quite esoteric, I was thinking to just rely on pandoc, so I was looking for a template MardDown file of a manpage. It happens that Eddie Antonio Santos wrote one. I looked at his homepage, founding a very clean and polished website that is almost certainly manually writtern.
I found his Curriculum Vitae particularly aesthetically pleasant : he certainly know how to make simple, stylish pages!
