Adjective order

Today Firefox, being a Pocket user, suggested me this This Is the Most Bizarre Grammar Rule You Probably Never Heard Of which cite this tweet

I’m not an English native speaker but I’ve come to a level that “green great dragons” sounds wrong to me.

But I remember that in languages like Italian can put adjiectives in any order you want to stress one of them out or make some of them less relevant, not only by changing their order but also putting some of them before the word and other after.
